Will I need to login separately to each of the services I subscribe to?
Once you have a permanent username and password, it will work for every Taipan Publishing Group publication to which you are subscribed. If you are having trouble logging in, you may have more than one account in our system. If this is the case, please contact Customer Service at taipan@taipanpublishinggroup.com and we will consolidate your accounts into one.
Is my username/password case sensitive?
Yes, your username and password are case-sensitive and need to be typed exactly as they appear when sent to you.

Will my username and password expire?
As long as you have active subscriptions with Taipan Publishing Group, your login information will never expire. However, your temporary login will expire every month.
I'm using the correct login information but I'm unable to login, what should I do?
Check to make sure you are typing the information correctly, and that your cookie settings are set to "Low." If you still have trouble, contact Customer Service at 888-811-9492
Do I have access to every portion of the Web site?
No, access to premium areas of our Web site is restricted by user login and the services to which you are subscribed. However, Taipan Daily articles and Taipan Publishing Group's Investment Research Reports are viewable to everyone.
